I’m having my pre-wedding photo shoot in December and getting married next May. When I had my first surgery 3–4 years ago, blood pooled, so I went to the hospital every day for a month while taking antibiotics, and entered the operating room four times in total, once a week. They cleaned it through both open and closed approaches. Then last year, the silicone implant was piercing through the skin beside my nose, so I had emergency removal surgery through a closed approach T_T Anyway, from early on, my nose has become shorter and looked upturned I don’t think it’s contracture, but I’m not sure. My original concerns were a short, upturned nose, and now I need the tip lowered and the columella brought down..... I wonder if it’s because of the silicone, so I don’t think I can put anything else in, and I don’t even want more height. I just want a hospital, whether in Busan or Seoul, that can shape the columella and tip well. Could you please recommend one...? Seriously, please plz.......
