First of all, I went in for the consultation more than 1 hour and 30 minutes later than my scheduled consultation time. They suddenly said the director had gone in to do a procedure, so we would probably have to wait a bit… The other people were all angry too, saying if it was going to be like this, why did they tell us to come at this time, and when they asked how long we had to wait, the person at the counter just said, “We’re really sorry ”…
