A friend’s before-and-after rhinoplasty results were exactly my style, so I got a recommendation, had a consultation with Director Han Ji-hyun at Girin, booked right away, and had the surgery. It’s now going past the 2-week mark. What’s so fascinating is that the bruising only remains as a very faint yellow, and it disappeared after about three days. When my friend had it done somewhere else, the bruising came up really blue, so I had secretly braced myself for it, but I was surprised that I looked more fine than expected. My nose and ears didn’t hurt at all, and it stung a little when the stitches were removed at the 1-week mark. I think my nose turned out exactly how I wanted, with a feel that’s neither too natural nor too dramatic. It’s still only week 2, so I’ll have to keep watching it a bit more, but I’m really satisfied because it seems to suit my face harmoniously :)
