It's been 3 months since my nose surgery. When I went for the consultation, the consultant was kind, and the director looked busy. He came in still wearing his surgical scrubs. My friend had bulbous nose correction here without an implant, using ear cartilage for the nasal tip, so I went thinking that I could probably do it without an implant too, and that I could succeed too. They said my nose shape itself had a step-off between the nasal bridge and the nasal tip. I don't know well, but I think I did have one. So they said that to correct the bulbous nose and narrow the spread-out nose, the nasal tip would have to be raised that much, and if the nasal tip was raised with ear cartilage, a step-off would form, so even though I wanted no implant, sili...
