I had the 3.5 mm silicone removed and asked them to make the nasal tip as natural as possible I wish the nasal tip height would go down more; it will go down more, right? I had the splint removed today, and I’m going to get all the stitches removed on day 7 I had it done at the hospital where I had my surgery It’ll look more natural, right?
