Not just a simple closed removal where only the silicone is taken out, but has anyone had complete removal through an open approach under local anesthesia only? I am trying to remove Gore-Sili, and I am so scared. When I had double eyelid surgery or anesthesia like injections into the palate, none of it hurt at all, but a lot of people say nasal injections are especially painful. I do see people who had removal under local anesthesia every now and then, so please share your reviews. They said it could take up to 1 hour 30 minutes if long, but there are no cases for Gore-Sili, so for those who had Gore-Tex, how long did it take when you had complete removal all the way to the nasal tip?
