I’m planning to get rhinoplasty

I have a deviated septum and a bulbous nose, so I’m planning to do it as functional rhinoplasty. Since my nasal ala and nasal bridge are on the higher side, I’m thinking of doing nasal tip cartilage suturing and only raising the nasal tip.
