After my first nose surgery, I had revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage to improve the shape.. but after surgery, the columellar retraction and strange smell from inside my nose still haven’t gone away. In the end, I decided to have revision surgery at another hospital, and no matter how much I raised the issue, the way they refused to acknowledge it was seriously disappointing. One choice I regret so much in my life is getting my nose done at ㅊㅇ. I feel like the doctor has no aesthetic sense at all. You need to look at the nose three-dimensionally, but they only paid attention to the nasal tip and nasal bridge.
