I was looking for a non-open approach, and found a clinic that used the expression 'internal open' and performed all surgeries that way, so I went for a consultation. The manager was really, really kind, and I liked how she carefully asked one by one how I wanted to change and what my needs were. The doctor had a sense of seeing the whole picture and set the design in a direction that could fill in the nose's missing parts, but the thing is, everything the doctor said makes sense, yet I'm a bit worried whether my exact needs will be fully met. I'm thinking about going for another consultation, but both the doctor and the manager patiently explained everything in detail. I also thought the cost was reasonable, and I liked that they didn't speak too aggressively :^) I think I'm considering another consultation mainly because of that. Confidence in the shape!
