I went there because it’s famous for revision nose surgery. I liked that it was a solo-practice clinic where the director only does 2 surgeries a day, and the interior wasn’t overly flashy, which actually made me feel more at ease. I liked that the director had pride in their own experience and explained everything very carefully, but when I showed a photo of the nose shape I wanted, they suddenly said honestly that this is the most difficult situation and that, as a doctor, they can’t say my nose will become exactly like that, and I thought, wow, they’re being honest. But when I asked about complications from nose surgery, they said they personally had never had that happen once in 17 years of surgery, so my trust dropped and I left. The head consultant kept pushing reservations too, saying they only do 2 surgeries a day and I should book quickly, that they didn’t know whether there would still be a slot by then, which lowered my trust even more.
