I was looking for a place that did non-open surgery, and I found a hospital that used the expression "internal open" and performed all surgeries that way, so I went in for a consultation. The manager was incredibly kind, and I liked how she carefully asked one thing at a time about how I wanted to change and what my needs were. The director seemed to have a perspective that saw the whole picture and designed in a way that could fill in the nose's deficiencies. However, while what the director said was all correct, I was still worried about whether my own needs would be fully met. I was even thinking of going for another consultation, but both the director and the manager kindly explained everything one by one. I thought the cost was reasonable, and I liked that they did not speak in an overly forceful way :^) I think the reason I am considering additional consultation is actually that. I want more confidence about the shape!
