I had double-eyelid surgery 10 years ago. Back then, there was a lot of talk that if you do it with a buried method it will come undone, so I went planning to do an incisional procedure since I was going to have it done anyway. But the director said I had little eye fat and thin eyelids, so even a buried method would be enough to make it look naturally pretty, so I did it that way, and less than half a year later one side came undone. They said they would give me a discount on revision surgery, so in a rush I had the undone side redone with an incisional method. Looking back now, it’s ridiculous, but back then I knew nothing about plastic surgery and just followed their words, which is absurd.
