I'm a worker, so I booked for Saturday and went. I took photos, had the manager consultation, and was waiting. Honestly, waiting 20 to 30 minutes happens at any plastic surgery clinic, so I could wait, but then the manager suddenly came and said the director had surgery and that I would have to wait about two hours. I had already been waiting for a long time... I had made a reservation and came, so I couldn't understand why I had to wait, and because I had plans later I had already booked a train to go down to another province. When I complained, the manager said they would check and let me know again, but they didn't come back at all. When I waited and went to ask the front desk, the staff would look stern and say, "What is your name?" Every time I went and asked twice, I got asked for my name first. I had consulted at many places, but I had never seen a wait like this.
