I had only square jaw surgery 11 years ago. Back then it was right when the hospital opened, and because of the opening promotion the cost was much lower than elsewhere, while the facilities were really luxurious. The chief doctor specializes in facial contouring, and the fee if you got treated directly by him was 400, and the manager was nice too. I was young, and it was a major surgery, but mentally I felt reassured by the hospital, so I had it done. However... if I went back, I don’t know if I’d do it here again. The asymmetry is very severe. If you get a CT, even a layperson can easily see that the bones on both sides were shaved differently... A few years ago I couldn’t stand it anymore and went back to ask about getting it done again, but the doctor told me it was originally asymmetrical. There may have been a little asymmetry to begin with, but it was not this bad. There were times I walked around covering one side of my face... Now, 11 years later... I’m working hard to see if I can improve it with buccal fat removal or liposuction at least. Contouring revision surgery is difficult, so make your decision carefully.
