It was my first surgery 11 years ago, so my memory is a bit hazy. They weren't bad at noses, but the bulbous nose surgery was not great. Their style is to do things naturally, so I was satisfied with the bulbous nose. It was hard to endure.. I didn't really have any side effects or sagging, but because of my skin type, scar tissue built up and I had to have revision surgery.
