First of all, my nose has wide nostrils, but the nasal tip area is very thick and fleshy. Also, from the side, I do have a nasal bridge, but it is not high, and my nasal tip is somewhat upturned. I did consultations mainly for implant-free nasal tip surgery because I wanted only the tip to be made slimmer without putting an implant in the nasal bridge.
ㄹㄹ - They said that if only the nasal tip is raised, a step-off will form between the nasal bridge and tip, so they recommended putting in an implant. When I said I wanted no implant, they recommended grafting tissue for the bulbous nose flesh. I recommend bringing photos of what you want.. I’m thinking about going back for another consultation. ㄹㅎ - Same here, they recommended an implant because raising only the tip would create a step-off between the nasal bridge and tip. They said that to improve a bulbous nose, the height needs to be fixed with costal cartilage. I think they suggested a realistic method.
