I used autologous costal cartilage, and I have loved it from immediately after removing the splint through today, one month after surgery. Everything I wanted to improve—long nose, arrow-shaped nose, and a nose that was too high from the glabella—has improved, and I am extremely satisfied with both the shape and the line.
I was incredibly nervous, but the operating-room nurses were so kind and helped me relax. They also provided good swelling-laser treatments and aftercare, and Dr. Park examined me carefully every time I visited. The aesthetic sense is simply the best.
This has given me the greatest satisfaction of all the surgeries I have had so far. I live in Busan, and I am glad I went to Seoul for my nose surgery after all… I am graduating from nose surgery here^-^
