Nose Surgery Reviews

For Revision Surgery, It Seems Important to Focus on Experienced Clinics

I had nose surgery before, but over time the implant became somewhat visible and I stopped liking the tip shape, haha. I also had a bulbous nose, and the drooping tip made my whole nose look rather flat, which I was deliberating over. This time I really wanted a good result, so I researched clinics known for revision rhinoplasty. I saw many of Director Lee Jae-jun’s revision cases and had a consultation. I said I wanted the tip to become defined and the columella to descend naturally in harmony with my face, rather than simply making the nose high. He seemed to understand exactly what I wanted, so I decided on surgery. Anyway, the existing silicone was replaced with autologous costal cartilage, and I also had correction for a short nose, bulbous nose, and upturned nose, along with columella lowering. Once the swelling went down, the drooping tip was much less noticeable and the front view looked far more defined. The side line also came out with the straight-natural shape I wanted, so I’m satisfied... I worried a lot because it was revision surgery, but now I think, ‘I should have done it sooner,’ lol. It really seems important to focus on experienced clinics for revision surgery T_T
