I am not hoping to return to my original nose, since there was a lot of surgical manipulation. Usually, after removing nose implants and the splint, excluding swelling, doesn't the nasal tip generally avoid becoming shorter? Even immediately after removal, my nose looked short, and during the contraction phase it has even started to look upturned, so I am worried. People usually say the nose comes down after the contraction phase. Does that mean it will return to how it was before the contraction phase after removal, or will it come down even further?
