Nose Re-Surgery

I’m having a really hard time emotionally after my dorsal hump rhinoplasty

I had surgery without an implant, and the doctor said there was hardly any hump and that little shaving would be needed, so why did they shave off so much? If I only disliked the tip shape, it could have been fixed by removing it or through revision, but the bridge of my nose has already disappeared and won’t come back. Looking at old photos makes me so depressed that I cry..... I really hate how the doctor subtly blames me as being overly sensitive, saying it’s because I haven’t adjusted to my nose. If you were going to shave the bridge this much, you should at least have done the tip well; if you were going to ruin the tip, you should at least have preserved the bridge. I spent three months trying not to pay much attention to my nose, but after taking photos for the first time in a while and being shocked at how much lower the bridge looked, I’ve been crying nonstop.... My heart hurts so much today, especially....
