I had a consultation around July this year. Just as I had seen on YouTube, the doctor seemed very thorough and spoke conservatively. Since one doctor handles all surgical consultations, the wait can be long; I think I waited about 30 minutes too. It was also somewhat difficult to make a reservation. Still, the consultation lasted about 20 minutes, and I somehow found the doctor trustworthy? Anyway, the doctor spoke very conservatively and did not say decisively that I should do this or that.
