<Consultation> I had my consultation with Dr. Kim Jin-seong at JT Plastic Surgery. I liked the line during the consultation and started to feel I could trust him. He showed me by holding the area with his fingers what it would look like after an epicanthoplasty, and it looked ideal on my eyes. I got a good feeling, so I booked immediately!
If you go for a consultation, the doctor is not especially talkative, so I think it would be good to ask your questions first and actively explain the line or image you want.
<Surgical result> The doctor’s technique, built through years of experience, was excellent. I had no bruising, and he sutured inward so the medial canthoplasty scar would not show. The lines are symmetrical and neat.
I’m truly satisfied with the epicanthoplasty! Since the swelling has not fully gone down, I’ll have to wait longer to know how satisfied I am with the height of the line.
Before surgery, the final line was hidden by the forceps, so I couldn’t see it properly. I regret not asking to see it again after the forceps were removed and expressing my opinion more about the desired height.
