After eyelid revision surgery in July 2025, I had sausage-like eyelids and mucosal eversion. After monitoring the progress, they said they would perform an aftercare revision under sedation after about 10 months, once I paid the sedation fee. They said they would lower the line slightly using a double-line technique.
It has now been five months. The line seems slightly lower, but the mucosal eversion looks worse, so there is hardly any difference, and I’m going crazy from the stress. I’ve been mentally suffering over my eyes for about a year and a half, and they still look sausage-like. I actually looked better before surgery.
I think I’ll need surgery at another clinic. My eyelashes are completely pulled up, so I can’t use a curler or mascara; they stick tightly to the eyelids like spider legs. When I told the clinic, they only said it was a revision and that I should keep waiting because of adhesions. They told me to come for a follow-up next month when it reaches six months.
I had lower blepharoplasty and double-eyelid revision together. Is it possible to receive at least a partial refund of the double-eyelid surgery fee?
