My first surgery was done too naturally, so I’m thinking of getting revision surgery for a more dramatic nose. For revision surgery, people usually use autologous rib cartilage a lot, right? And since a dramatic nose means raising the bridge high, I heard there’s a high chance it needs to be done with autologous rib cartilage. So I’m thinking of autologous rib cartilage too, but I’m wondering if it absolutely has to be used.. I’m also a little scared, and I’m worried about the scar For now, I’m looking into hospitals that are good at using rib cartilage as the best option, and I’m looking at OM, Finish, and Louvre. Are these places good at handling rib cartilage..? Are there any hospitals I should remove, or any more I should add.... Since it’s revision surgery and I’m going for a dramatic nose, autologous rib cartilage would be better because it sags less and is sturdier, right..? Is there anyone here who had revision surgery with autologous rib cartilage??
