It’s my 6th revision surgery.. I previously had silicone and ear cartilage, but due to inflammation I had everything removed, and then developed a depressed contracted nose. So this time I’m planning to use only autologous rib cartilage. The doctor I’ve decided on said, “I don’t think you necessarily need to do the nasal bridge? Let’s play it safe and only do the tip,” and I said that sounded great too. But now that the surgery is coming up and I’m looking at old photos, I’m wondering if I should do the bridge too Of course it would look prettier if I did the bridge too, but I’m also thinking maybe I should just do the tip so it’s even a little safer and more comfortable… If you were me, what choice do you think you’d make??
