Are there cases where the hospital that did your rhinoplasty refuses to do a full removal when you ask?

About 3 years ago, for my first nasal surgery, I had surgery for a deviated septum, and at the same time had ear cartilage placed in the nasal tip and septal extension. I don’t have functional problems or inflammation, but I’ve always felt discomfort, like it isn’t my own nose, so I kept only thinking about it and finally decided to have it removed. My original nose wasn’t low, so I was aware that after removal it could become lower or bend, and even so I want to have the surgery. Apart from the safety of a removal-specialized hospital and such, my real purpose was simply to remove the ear cartilage and the septal extension itself, so it’s also better cost-wise, and the surgeon who operated would know more about my nose…
