I’m thinking about revision surgery because the silicone is showing through, and for now I’ve been to about two consultations. One place was with Director Kim Hyun-joo at RU Plastic Surgery, and I also had a revision consultation with Director Park Gwi-yong at Finish. The additional places I’m considering are Director Yoon Sung-won at Louvre, and for JT I haven’t decided on a director yet. I hope it’s a director who uses autologous costal cartilage well. I shouldn’t have had an implant forced into the nasal bridge; I didn’t know this would happen 2 years after surgery. I’m debating whether I should do silicone for the nasal bridge again, but there’s the issue of the height getting lower, and I also feel like problems may occur inside,, At the two places I consulted, they recommended dermis + lowering the implant height, and from Director Kim Hyun-joo I additionally heard an explanation about doing the nasal bridge with autologous costal cartilage. I’m thinking I may visit 2 more places and then decide. Everyone, do you think you would lower the nasal bridge and use dermis, or would you consider autologous costal cartilage for the nasal bridge?
