Originally, I basically had almost no nasal bridge,, and my nostrils were really wide, so my nose looked kind of flattened. I barely took off my mask, but I ended up getting plastic surgery after my dad recommended it! I had an implant placed in the nasal bridge, nostril reduction, and autologous dermis from my buttocks used for the nasal tip! But honestly, I don’t regret it at all Everyone says I did so well getting it done, and when I look at my before photos, I absolutely don’t want to go back… I think it’s the surgery with the biggest effect
