I visited only the places known for doing well with non-implant hump nose correction. Among them, the consultation with Director Kim Da-alm at Obli left the strongest impression. There were places that said silicone would need to be used, but the director said it would be possible without an implant, which I liked even more... To avoid a step between the nasal bridge and tip, they used fascia from behind the ear, and for the tip they used septal cartilage and ear cartilage together. They said my septum was a bit small. Because the hump was fairly severe, I had osteotomy, but the bridge is smooth without any bumpiness. The best part is that since it was done without an implant, I don’t have to worry much about side effects? ㅎㅎ It came out as a straight-but-slightly-raised line, not too glamorous and not too natural, just the way I wanted, so I’m still satisfied.
