I had rhinoplasty at NoseLab in May (autologous costal cartilage for the tip + silicone for the bridge + treatment for rhinitis + correction of deviated septum + septal reconstruction + nasolabial angle correction). During surgery, they said the right side of my septum was severely damaged and needed reconstruction, so I proceeded... and paid extra too... I had tip surgery with septal extension at age 20, but the blockage on the right was so severe that I endured it until I finally decided to undergo major surgery this time. Yet the right-sided blockage is still severe... My nostrils are asymmetrical, my nose has become longer and doesn’t look good, it looks crooked, and the left side of the tip is also visible through the skin...... The clinic keeps telling me to wait until six months.... I’m so sad that I feel like I might develop depression... I don’t even know why I spent over 20 million won on surgery. Before surgery, I said please just let me breathe through both nostrils, and that correcting the nasolabial angle to make my long-looking nose look just a little less long would be enough—I said I didn’t need anything else..... Nothing improved; instead, everything got worse... (Also, I had an afternoon surgery... The surgery took longer, and maybe it was nearly closing time..? I hadn’t fully woken from anesthesia, but they woke me up and told me to go home because they had to leave work, even though I was staggering... I felt something was off from that moment...) Now I just want to breathe through both nostrils, regardless of how my nose looks. Can you recommend a clinic...? Can this be fixed...? I’m so scared and exhausted T_T T_T Also, the consultation manager and staff at NoseLab have all changed, and the doctor’s blog photos from before and after surgery, which had originally been uploaded through the first half of 2026, have all disappeared... If anyone knows what happened, please tell me..... Thank you for reading this long post...!

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewOct 19 First rhinoplasty

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewOct 19 [6 months] Male bulbous and short nose surgery review (feat. Leo Plastic Surgery, Dr. Ichian)

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewOct 19 Are there places that don’t provide postoperative care after rhinoplasty? T_T
I received a post-surgery swelling package with pumpkin juice and swelling tea, and it has now been five days since my rhinoplasty. The swelling is worse now, but even when I went to have the packing removed, I had quite a lot of swelling…
