I’m writing this review because my nose surgery turned out so, so pretty that I want to tell everyone. I went for a natural result, but looking at the doctor’s portfolio, it seems they also do more dramatic styles. The reasons I chose the clinic were: 1. They assessed my nose condition the most accurately. 2. They did not push excessive surgery. 3. They offered a lot of aftercare. Those were the three reasons. I visited more than 10 clinics just doing consultations, and what I realized was that choosing a clinic is really about eliminating options. Among the clinics I visited, this one made the fewest strange recommendations by my standards, and the doctor mentioned exactly the procedures I had been considering. In the end, I used autologous costal cartilage, 4 mm silicone, alar reduction, and cartilage suturing. My nasal tip projected farther forward than most people’s, while my nasal bridge was almost nonexistent, so they preserved the tip as much as possible, used the cartilage only as a support, and inserted silicone into the bridge to create a natural transition. Aftercare included four basic sessions, swelling-reduction laser treatments—four basic sessions, I think, but they continued to do them whenever I had time even after the set number was over—and skin exfoliation care. I could see the doctor whenever I visited. In my case, my nose was fine, but a stitch remained in the rib incision and caused inflammation, so I had to visit the clinic more often. They also thought it might leave a scar, so they trimmed the scarred area slightly and stitched it again. Thanks to that, the scar has become much lighter. When the inflammation occurred, they told me to come twice a week and personally checked and disinfected the scar every time. From seeing the doctor often, I feel they are extremely dedicated. They seem like the type who works very hard to make the result even prettier and more satisfying, and to leave even less of a scar. The nurses here are also incredibly kind, which really made a difference. Anyway, I’m living a new life after nose surgery. I’m extremely, extremely, extremely satisfied. It has only been four months, so I still need to wait another year to see the final result, but for now I really love the shape. If you’re visiting clinics to research nose surgery, I think it would be worth visiting this one at least once! (But it’s a bit expensive T_T)
