One-Month Review: Correction of a Short, Upturned Nose

My nose was naturally short and somewhat upturned, so I had been worried about it for a long time. I was also bothered by my nostrils showing from the front, and wanted my nose to look a little longer and more natural from the side, so I decided to have surgery. Rather than simply making it higher, I wanted a natural shape that suited my face and did not look obviously operated on! I consulted with Dr. Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery Clinic and had the surgery there. During the consultation, I said that correcting the short and upturned nose was most important, and that I wanted a soft-looking tip that was neither too sharp nor artificial. After thinking it through carefully in line with what I wanted, I decided to proceed. The surgery used septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and a custom implant. I had many concerns beforehand, but I carefully decided because I strongly wanted to improve the areas that had bothered me. It has already been about a month since surgery, and I am still watching the recovery process. For anyone concerned about a short or upturned nose, or visible nostrils from the front, I think it would be helpful to organize specifically the shape you want and the areas you want improved before consulting!
