I had rhinoplasty and full-face fat grafting, and among all the areas treated with fat grafting, the forehead really has the best effect. If your forehead is flat or uneven like mine, I absolutely recommend it.... I have completed both rounds, and the fat graft survival in my forehead seems to have stabilized fairly well!! My nose now feels natural and blended into my face, both when I wear makeup and when I am bare-faced lol. I don't think an overly high, glamorous nose would suit my face, so I wanted a harmonious nose. Fortunately, it turned out natural, and although the residual swelling seems to be going down, I am looking forward to it a little more because they said the tip will become slimmer!!
