My bridge was high, but it was only high, and I also had a humpback nose and an unattractive shape, so I decided to have surgery. I had rhinoplasty, tip surgery, autologous costal cartilage, bulbous-nose correction, hump correction, and osteotomy, with a natural straight-curved line. I had facial contouring and breast surgery at the same time as the nose surgery, and personally, my nose gave me the highest satisfaction. I recommended the doctor to an acquaintance, and they had surgery with the same doctor too. The doctor did an excellent job.
