I had a fat injection after an autologous dermal graft. At first, I had revision surgery using dermis and it became higher than with silicone, so I was extremely happy, but as expected, it was swelling, haha....... The director had told me from the beginning that they would initially put in more than necessary and not to expect the first nose shape to last, so I was sad, but since I had already been informed, it did not affect me much. I was still happy for a while. It became higher than my natural nose, too. I was extremely stressed because silicone kept bending, but after switching to dermis, the characteristic rectangular silicone nose disappeared and there is no bending, so I am happy. Nobody knows I had surgery at all. I live pretending it is natural. I used to have a low nose, but now I hear people say, “Isn’t yours considered fairly high?” Nothing dramatic, no no no. Still, I wanted a higher nose, so I had a fat injection. The bridge became a little more defined. The advantages of an autologous dermal graft seem to be naturalness and safety. Not recommended for anyone wanting a clearly plastic look.
