I know removal is the right answer, but there are hardly any before-and-after photos, so I’m frustrated and posting this. I’ve seen many posts saying the nose became shorter and more upturned after complete removal, perhaps because the tip tissue became very thin or because of contraction. Has anyone found that their nose became longer overall, or that the nostril wings descended?
