Redness at the Nasal Tip

Before before before I'm writing because of redness at the nasal tip and the silicone being crooked.. When the splint was removed, the silicone was crooked, and I think the nasal tip became red because it was raised too much. At first, I said I thought the silicone was crooked and wanted a consultation with the director, but the consultant came out and said this was because of swelling.. But I really don't swell, so I said no matter how I looked at it, it seemed crooked, and only then did I consult with the director. They showed me my facial bones and said my face is asymmetrical.. In the end, I'm keeping more tape on so the silicone can move to the center. It's week 1, and the nasal tip is still red. Because the front desk staff accidentally didn't give me the prescription, I started taking antibiotics 2 days later. I wonder if this is the problem.. The silicone seems to have moved a bit, but is it normal for the nasal tip to be red at week 1?? Please leave comments.
