I only had 8 threads inserted and didn’t get filler (I’m thinking about nose surgery now, and I’m really glad I didn’t get filler back then..). On the day of the procedure, I was really, really satisfied, but starting the next day, it sank down to a scary degree.. I thought it would still last at least half a year, but did it even last a week? It’s been almost a year now, and except for discomfort at the nasal tip, there’s no effect left at all.. Considering the swelling going down, I got a lot of recommendations to put in a whole bunch of threads, but then I think it would make nose surgery too difficult later.. Honestly, right after getting it done, my nose looked so pretty that I was happy haha. But if you think about maintenance, I don’t recommend it? If you’re wondering what your shape would look like if you had nose surgery, maybe trying it.. wouldn’t be bad? I heard that if you only insert threads, many places charge just removal fees rather than treating it as revision surgery! The nose shape I got at that time was really so pretty that it made me want to get nose surgery haha
