I only had 8 threads inserted and did not do filler (I am thinking about nose surgery now, and it is really lucky I did not get filler then..) On the day itself I was really, really satisfied, but starting the next day it sank down in a frightening way.. I thought it would last at least half a year, but did it even last a week? It is now almost a year, and aside from the discomfort at the tip of my nose, there is no effect left at all.. If you also consider the swelling going down, I was really often told to put in a huge bundle of threads, but then nose surgery later would probably become too difficult.. Honestly, right after it was done my nose looked so pretty that I was happy But if you think about maintenance, I would not recommend it? If you are wondering what your nose would look like after surgery, maybe it is worth trying.. If you only insert threads, many places do not charge for revision surgery and only charge the removal fee, I heard! I wanted nose surgery because the nose shape I got from this was truly so pretty
