All of this happened to my nose.. Neither my bulbous nose nor deviated nose was properly improved, and I was so dissatisfied with the shape of my nose that I prepared for a fourth surgery, thinking this would truly be the last one. I think I searched through every place known for revision surgery, and while going to consultations here and there, I had surgery at ㅍㄹㅁㅇ, where I felt trust during the consultation, including how they reflected my needs and the surgical direction. Before I knew it, half a year has already passed. This time, septal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage were used, and with autologous costal cartilage, I was usually most worried about scarring and pain, but neither was severe, and now the scar is barely visible. I’m satisfied because the nose shape itself came out exactly with the feeling I wanted, with a pretty, dramatic straight-to-curved line. When surgeries failed, it was really hard and sad, so time didn’t pass easily, but these days it feels like time really flies. My confidence in my appearance has risen a lot, and I even enjoy the attention from people around me. It feels like all the really difficult things have been compensated for.. I’m truly grateful that the surgery was done so well.
