It has been 1 year since I started extraction orthodontic treatment. I had 4 premolars extracted, and the retraction is almost finished. What I’m satisfied with is that after the extractions, I lost a lot of cheek fat, so my facial line became more defined, and my protruding mouth improved. There isn’t much discomfort except when eating. If anyone is considering it, I recommend it.
