Honestly, I was debating whether to use even a thin layer of silicone, but thinking about safety, I had rhinoplasty without an implant They used my septal cartilage and ear cartilage together, and until about 2 weeks, my nasal tip looked a bit upturned, so I messaged them on KakaoTalk They said that as time passes, the nasal tip drops a lot, so the director had also slightly overcorrected it at first So I waited for the swelling to go down, and now it has been about a month, and my nasal tip has really come down a lot, amazingly!! Even though I didn't use silicone, compared with before surgery, my face looks completely different lol I really like my side profile too The philtrum area still feels slightly tight, and it feels strange when I use a straw or apply lip balm.. Other than having to be careful when washing my face, blowing my nose, and putting on makeup, I don't think there's any discomfort now!? When I touch my nostril wings, they still aren't soft and squishy, and I think there is residual swelling left I think at least another month or two needs to pass haha~
