I was debating between silicone and cartilage, but cartilage felt a little scary, so I put in silicone. There wasn't an amazing change, so I'm thinking about revision surgery... It kind of feels like it doesn't show when you look up close, but it shows when viewed from far away or from the side. The nasal bridge definitely became higher, but,.. I'm not sure if a slightly more artificial look would be better.. Is there anyone among those who had revision surgery who is satisfied?
