Nose Re-Surgery

Has anyone had complete removal because of rhinitis symptoms after rhinoplasty?

Before surgery, my septum looked remarkably straight on CT and I had no rhinitis at all—no allergies and no vasomotor rhinitis. But after surgery, I developed very severe rhinitis, so I’m looking into complete removal. I’m worried whether it will disappear after removal. Since I never had it before and it may have been caused by structural changes, I’m considering complete removal in the hope it might go away. Many people say rhinitis is common and I should just take medication, but it is so severe that it interferes with daily life. Antihistamines do not work at all for me, and allergy testing was completely negative. Even after two septal deviation surgeries, I still have a lot of material manipulated from my original nose, so I suspect that may be the cause. Is there anyone with a case like mine who underwent complete removal? I’d also like to know whether it improved.
