I brought this photo posted on the thread by Dr. [Doctor A]. I cropped and covered everything except the nose area just in case; I’ll delete it if there’s a problem. This person looks very similar to me, although mine may be slightly worse. I think it may be called external nasal valve stenosis. Scar contracture along the incision scar near the nostril has severely narrowed it. Scar tissue has also formed around the columella, and because the columella is somewhat thick, the other nostril is neither wide nor nicely elongated. Please tell me, even just with initial letters, about clinics that can handle correction of this area, scar tissue, contracture scars, and other extreme nasal cases.
