The first three photos were taken 6 weeks after surgery; the last photo was before surgery. I had only the nasal tip operated on without touching the existing bridge (autologous dermis): scar-tissue removal, columellar reinforcement, cartilage suturing, and ear cartilage. But the highlight on the bridge looks crooked under the lighting, and the columella is slightly shifted, so my nostrils look completely uneven from the front. Before surgery, they were not uneven enough to be visually obvious I’m wondering whether it would be okay to receive aftercare at the same hospital, or whether I should request compensation and have a full revision at another hospital Since revision surgery requires waiting at least 6 months, enduring this appearance for that long again is painful
