Having wide nostril wings had been a complex of mine since I was young, so after putting it off again and again, I finally got an alar base reduction this time. I’m not sure yet if it turned out well because of the swelling. I’m not extremely satisfied yet, but even while it’s swollen, it has gotten smaller. And I really can’t hold back from smoking. Would it be bad if I just smoked..? Will it cause a lot of inflammation?
