Whew, clinic-hopping was so exhausting푸 I respect everyone who visits 10 places.. At first, I vaguely thought, “Ah, I want to improve my side profile,” but as expected, after going to consultations in person, I think I’ve gradually become clearer about what I actually want!!! Now my remaining worry is “whether to do osteotomy or not”... According to the doctors, my bridge looks a bit wide, so it seems like they want to do osteotomy to give the front view more definition (I wanted a procedure without implantsㅜㅡㅠ) But I’ve never been dissatisfied with my front view, especially my nasal bridge... I only found out my nose was crooked while looking into rhinoplasty this time If there are any people who had osteotomy and saw an effect from the front, please leave a comment!! They explained the surgical method and the reasons/effects in detail, and it felt like a consultation that helped me figure out what kind of nose I want. The consultant also listened well, and we talked more about the surgical direction than the cost. But they basically recommended osteotomy if possible. The discount rate isn’t very high. No pressure to pay a deposit.

Since I don’t want a super flashy nose, they said osteotomy may or may not be necessary. However, it feels a bit expensive considering they don’t use osteotomy or rib cartilage... There is pressure to pay a deposit.

The estimate seemed decent, so I’m thinking of going to the consultation once more. My memory is a bit fuzzy.) I went aiming to improve my side profile, but after the CT scan they made a 3D model of the nose shape for surgery and showed it to me. Since the forehead and lower face were cut off and only the nose was shown, it was hard to imagine the improved side profile. The doctor seemed busy and the surgery ran long, so I had to wait a while. Rather non-proactive consultation atmosphere, they answered mainly the questions I had prepared, but they didn’t seem to recommend procedures beyond what the patient wanted, so it seems they don’t over-treat!
