A year and a half ago, I had surgery with Director ㅅㅇㅅ at ㄷㅇㅇ, and the step-off at my nasal tip became severe and it ended up looking very artificial. I had it done with autologous costal cartilage. This time, I’m thinking about getting another revision surgery I want to avoid factory-style clinics. My nose is short and slightly upturned, and now I’m debating whether to lower the columella or not, what cartilage to use, and a lot of other things. While looking into it, Director ㄱㅈㅇ at ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ and Director ㅂㄱㅇ at ㅍㄴㅅ seemed good, so I’m planning to go for consultations. What do you think? Has anyone had surgery with them? I don’t even want anything flashy anymore. I just want it to look natural and suit my face Also, I’d be really grateful if you could tell me good places for male nose revision surgery, including the cost!
