My surgical history: first surgery, in 2013, I had rhinitis and sinusitis procedures and deviated septum surgery at ㅅㅅㄷㄹ ENT. Second surgery, in 2016, at ㅋㅇ Plastic Surgery, they corrected my crooked nose and replaced the silicone. Current condition: the silicone looks prominent. There is a depression on the left nostril wing area. Today I went for consultations at two places. ㅅㅅㅇ Plastic Surgery: surgery would be done with an open approach. For the nasal bridge, since I had deviated septum surgery, the nose may be bumpy, so after removing the silicone, they would check the condition and file it down to make it smooth. They said there is a chance of becoming a saddle nose after silicone removal. If needed, ear cartilage would be used…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
